Fixing images after importing a configuration

If you imported a configuration from a JSON file coming from a different domain, the image URLs in the data will not automatically be replaced or imported.

  • Case 1, the images are already in the library:

If the images are already in the library, when importing the data, choose Save and fix images, in order for the images to be replaced with the matching images from the library.

  • Case 2, the images are not in the library:

You will then need to add the configurator images to the library.
Once this is done, go to Settings > Product Configurator > Tools.
In the “Fix images” section, select the product with the configurator you wish to fix
Then run the tool.

You can also use this tool if you copy/pasted choices from an other product.
