The order of images can be changed independently from the menu items:
Each layer has two independent orders:
- Menu order — where the layer appears in the configurator menu
- Image order — how pictures stack in the preview (which one sits on top)
Changing one does not change the other. Dragging layers only updates the mode that is currently selected.
Change the image order
- Open the product configurator and go to the Layers tab.
- At the bottom of the layers list, select “Reorder the images”
- Drag the layers into the order you want.
Layers at the top of the list sit behind the ones below them. The last layer in the list is drawn on top, like a sheet of paper placed last on a pile.
To change where items appear in the menu instead, choose Order the menu and drag as usual.

New layers
A new layer is added at the end of both lists. In the preview, that means its image appears on top of the existing ones.
Adding a picture in Main Image does not change either order. It only makes the stacking visible.
If a new layer should sit behind others, switch to Order the images and drag it up the list. If you add more layers later, check the image order again.
